Mr. Patil — illegal residential construction

Respected sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that at shivaji park, survey no.18, behind plot no.189, there's an illegal construction done of a bungalow. They are supposed to leave atleast 1 feet distance from the compound wall but they have built it on the compound wall from the back. To top it they have put windows on the back side - wonder how will the plot owner of 189 build up if he also wishes to build in future.

Also a total of 4 floors are built including ground floor.

Request immediate action to be taken.
