Mr. Umesh Kumawat — Charged Rs.1000 for Service.

I recently moved from USA to Bangalore and wanted to get Ration card and Voter ID. When i went to check about these information, Bangalore One personal asked me to get update of Passport Address and then we can work with other stuff. While updating the Passport address he asked me Rs. 3000 to update it. But He never mentioned that Rs.1000 Is his commission.

After when i came to know about this i went to check on this but unfortunately he started speaking in rude manner. I knew that it will go for escalation so i had started taken the video of this conversion as proof.
