Mr. Umesh Kumawat — wrong side dangerous driving by haryana roadways driver

Sir,
I'm a residence of sector 25 panchkula. Today morning on september 7, 2019, while going to chandigarh i saw a haryana roadways local bus no 90 bearing reg. No. Hr68_9812 coming from wrong side on the ramgarh highway. A biker in front of me was just lucky enough to have survived as he was about to hit the bus. Even i've to take a sharp turn so as to avoid the possible collision of my car with the bus and to save the biker in front of me.

On one side govt. Is doing so much for the road safety and on other hand haryana roadways driver is driving in such a dangerous way, putting the lives of the people on the road at stake.
It's not a complaint but the said driver should get a lesson that traffic rules are for everyone and everyone should obey them.
