MRF Tyres — Bike rear tyre bulging on inner and outer side

Dear sir,
I had been used your tyre for one year and run only 10000 kms and experiencing a problem o[censored]neven wear and tear and bulging on inner and outer side. But the inspection engineer has rejected and said that the tyre complaint has due to my riding. I am not satisfied with this reply. Because I have been riding bike over 17 years and used many other company tyres. I have ever been seeing such a bad tyre. Kindly give justice. Tyre information is below 140/60R17 REVZ-M TL under No.[protected]Sl.No.[protected]) .
