MRF Tyres — Why I/customer pay amount under warranty or guarantee time-period for defective tyre?

My name is Advocate Rishab Jain .
I bought new Tyre of MRF company in 2017 which I bought from Balaghat showroom of MRF .
I found crack in tire in 2022 which was due to lack of quality of tires from company .
I bought tire from MRF showroom so I going to register a complaint.
On the basis of my complaint, I have received a message to give a new tire after paying a fee of Rs 579.
My complaint has been accepted but I will be given a new tyre only after paying ₹ 579, which is absolutely incorrect.
It is completely wrong to demand such maximum amount of payment from the customer during the warranty period due to which I have suffered physical, mental and financial loss along with my time.
MRF company is solely responsible for this.
My claim item under No.[protected]Sl.No.3917) is accepted against payment of Rs. 579.00 /-.
