MRM Travels — Bus operator - bus timings and the amenities

I booked a bus on RedBus in MRM Travels from Trichy to Chennai dated on 04-Sept-2022 at 1.45pm. The bus came to the stop 1 hr 30 mins late arrived at 3.30pm. And the bus is an AC bus. But I don’t have the AC vent for my seat. I’m travelling with the utmost irritation and suffocation inside the bus. I plead people not to book your bus journeys at MRM travels. It’s my worst journey here and others will also experience the same if they book at MRM travels. Please take this complaint as serious and do take actions on the concern.
