In the month of july i have swiped my card. At that time, firstly i swipped my of rs 5000 after that within 3/4 min again i swiped of rs 5000 but this transaction was failed. As per normed if you payment was failed you get your money automatically but i was waiting for 10/15 min but it's not received i felt it's received after 1 hr. And i swiped the amount of rs 5000/- this time i got the money. I got the money only 2 times. And my one transaction was failed.
After complaint to rbl customer care they reverse my amount after my complaint. But in this month the charged me directly 5000 rs. Customer care told me our team has been verifing you want to pay the amount. But i have send the mail many times to rbl cardservices, because i had got the receipt of transaction failed. Still it's available but they neglect my receipt and charged me 5000 rs. If i haven't received that amount how can i pay 5000/-. It's so big amount. Without check my receipt they directly charged they just check cctv they avoid my receipt of transaction failed please help me into this matter.
