I had ordered a blue saree worth 999/- on 19th august.. I paid 999 + 150 for shipping charges by ecom express, chennai (Nanganallur). When i opened i found a cheap rs.150/- worth saree. I called immediately the courier fellow, he said you call and send mail to return the product we cannot do anything. So immediately i took pic of the saree and sent mail to the [protected]@gmail.com & return. [protected]@gmail.com which was given in their website. But no response to the mail. Also i sent messages thru whatsup, some oe is reading but no response. Their ph. No.[protected] & [protected] no one picking. They have cheated us of our money & sending cheap er quality sarees.
