Msb Departmental Store — Road encroachment by shop,and disturbance of street dogs

In our street, 20 ft road was encroached by shop(MSB departmental store) on one side,
On the other side, chairs were placed to sit by the shopkeeper and their family members, sometimes their car was parked in front of his house, it was seriously disturbing the traffic
They make a speed breaker in front of his house and give shelter to street dogs ( more than 5) in front of his house because of these dogs many children gets fear to cross this street.I request avadi corporation to take immediate action against this shop owner Subramani and remove this shop from the street permanently
