With due respect I beg to state that, I, Mousam Chowdhury, registration no.: - A10-S[protected] has passed Master of Computer Applications, studying under distance education mode from your university approved study centre, Anandam Vidyapeet, Burdwan, W.B. (Study Centre Code: - S-22). I have passed my final year of Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) examination in the mid of 2013.
This is to inform you that till now I have not yet received my original mark sheets of any year (after giving my supplementary exam). I appeared for my backlog papers in Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) 1st year and 2nd year and according to the university website results I have cleared my backlog papers and and I have cleared all years successfully. But I am very sorry to inform you that I haven’t yet received my mark sheets of all the years even after many recurrent reminders (from 2013 till date) to the study centre (Anandam Vidyapeeth, Burdwan, W.B.) under which I am studying. According to the study centre, it is the university who has not yet provided the mark sheets. I have got my appointment in Burdwan C.M.S. High School (Govt. of West Bengal), but this is very disappointing to say that because of lack of original mark sheets of Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) and final degree certificate, School department is not providing me my final joining letter.
Sir, this is my earnest request to you for kindly providing me my original mark sheets immediately to help me make my carrier a successful one or else university and study centre will be sole responsible for hampers caused to my career.
My parents are quiet worried regarding both the above mentioned issues since a successful carrier is knocking at my door. I will be greatly thankful to you for your kind coordination.
