Mukesh Hyundai — Money refund not given | |||||
My name is pawan jaiswal i have made booking for two hyundai xcent (mukesh hyundai serampore) in novenber, 2015. i have paid them rs 10000 for each car as booking charge. after few months parimal (sales person) told that your loan has been done and i have to pay rs 1, 59, 000 as downpayment for one car. I did that down-payment of rs 1, 59, 000. but the reality was that the loan was not finalised. just to take money for the car he told that the loan is done. he also told that sriram finance is also asking for 7 duly signed cheque as gurantee. i gave that blank cheque to one the sales person (bapai).. whenever i called for the car parimal always gave an excuse. Now it has been more than 9 months i want you to give my money back and duly signed 7 cheques. also to take necessary action against parimal. i have asked parimal to refund my money he always give and excuse. he has no intention of refunding my money. he is not even guiding me how can i take back my money.. if i don't get my money then i will complain againt mukesh hyundai serampore for frauding with customer.
