A return request for ORDER #ML99702 placed and received a credit note against it ( worth around 12, 000/- ) which was then redeem with another ORDER #ML107710
But placing it via WhatsApp the company’s sales person mistakenly placed a cod and it was received and paid for in my absence ( another 12, 000/- paid) . Since then I was busy with my wedding & could not attend to the matter.
Later after informing the company I was told I will not be getting my credit note back. The company expects me to purchase products worth 24, 000/- now & refuses to return my credit note that is still with them because of their company’s mistake. Was this information helpful? |
