Mumbai University — Complaining for not receiving grace marks

Dear Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I'm Ms. Anagha Dinesh Shah I'm student of Computer Engineering from B R Harne College of Engineering.

I wanted to know that I've given a KT exam for my one paper from 7th semester, and I've received 28 marks in the paper.

Even after it being the only paper and passing in all other subjects in 7th semester also 8th semester.
I've not received 4 grace marks. These marks would have made me pass and clear my engineering. It is very necessary for me, may I know the reason for this. If this is by mistake, is there any way I can raise this issue to get my result as Pass.
