Mumbai University — Discrepancy in my marksheet

My name is Neha Arya, and my Registration no. is [protected] I received my 6th semester result in which my 4th sem GPA/grade is not updated and it is showing as 0.00, I have clear my 4th sem in February 2019 and I got 2.53 GPA which is missing in my final years marksheet. There must be some error while updating or printing the results. I request you to look into it and help me as I have to apply for higher studies.
