Mumbai University — For convocation certificate

I have applied my convocation certificate on27 Dec 23, it got reject due to name mismatch reapplied visited 3-4 time no one giving clarity where is my application stuck, staff is saying talk to this sir talk to that sir no proper response, staff is rude bcoz of this attitude I am going to loose my visa.
I am pass out 2008, university misplace my certificate than also I applied duplicate copy, very much disappoint with support team. In this technology world people are still facing issue of staff loose worker.
Hope this complaint site will understand my issue and trying to solve.
