Mumbai University — For duplicate convocation certificate

My application number for covocation certificate in mumbai university is [protected] Name - Leena Pandey since last two months following for convocation certificate but staff is saying talk to this sir talk to that sir, and staff is very rude no proper guidance, bcoz of them I am going to loose my visa.
