Muncipal Corporation Delhi — Drain clogged garbage accumulated

The open drain next to our building it's clogged and all garbage from nearby slum area has been accumaletd for months making living immposible. It's been stinking horribly and it's becoming breading ground for mosquitoes. The drain should be cleaned atleast twice a week as it is a open drain and right next to where people live..
