My father open FD in this branch and maturity on 01/07/2022 but my father died on 22/03/2022. I visited branch they tell me that this FD has no nominee so you submitted affidavit from court so I submitted this affidavit to branch on the month of September and two witness Aadhaar card and bank account details but they return document for witness surety required more than 5 lakhs and again I am submitted document on 22/10/2022 with one witness 7 lakhs LIC policy but again they tell me that both witness house tax receipt or ITR from No-16 and gross more than 5 lakhs. Why they harassment me I am visited they tell me new document submitted pls sloved my problem as soon as possible.
