Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we, the resident of House No. 643 to 659 of Saraswati Vihar (Near Chakarpur), Gurgaon, are facing a lot of problems as the drainage water flows all the time, throughout the year, in front of our houses and gets stagnant on many places of the road. This causes foul smell emitting in our houses and gives breeding ground to the mosquitos.
We, the resident of the area request you to look into this matter and resolve our grievance by providing some permanent solution.
You may kindly get this verified from your staff deputed in the locality.
We shall be highly grateful if an early action in this regard is taken.
