I lodged a complaint on 05.09.2017 regarding the blockage of sever line in front of my house no hig 541, g sector, ayodhya nagar, bhopal, ward 68 at customer care no [protected] on that, they register my complaint and give the complaint no 26804 and assure me that the complaint may resolve within 48 hours.
After this no one came to attend the complaint so that i again contacted to above said customer no this time they gave a no [protected] to contact regarding this then i also contact on this no in turn, again he assure me to resolve the complaint soon.
Till date i contacted customer care no and above said no several time but only false assurance given by them, so please do needful to resolve the complaint.
