Municipal Corporation Of Bhopal — water logging due to construction material dumped in front of my house and no resolution after several complaints to the builder

I am residing at plot no 12 vallabh nagar vijay nagar lalghati bhopal. From last 6months there is construction going next to my house and they are running all building materials in front of my house due to which water logging and garbage collection is taking place in front of my house and which has become inconvenient for us to even move out and come in of the house. After several complaints to the builder there is no resolution. Please do the needful
