I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing concern regarding a growing problem in our locality, Vallal Pari Nagar, particularly on 16th Street.
Over the past few months, our community has been experiencing various issues caused by unattended dogs. While dogs can be wonderful pets and companions, their behavior in our area has become a significant nuisance. I wish to highlight the following problems that residents like me are currently facing:
1. Dogs defecating in our homes and streets on a daily basis.
2. Disruption of sanitation services due to dogs rummaging through dustbins.
3. Disturbances caused by dogs creating chaos while walking along the road.
4. Excessive and disturbing barking during nighttime, causing distress to residents, especially young children.
I reside at Maaruthi Embassy, and this issue is affecting the overall quality of life for me and my family, including our little baby who is often frightened by the incessant barking during the night.I kindly request your immediate intervention and action to address these problems. We, as concerned residents, believe that it is the municipality's responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of its citizens. We suggest implementing measures to control the dog population, such as dog licensing and awareness campaigns for responsible pet ownership.
