Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — Unable to pay property tax - UPIC 00502129CMA7900

I have a flat in the group housing society at vasundhara enclave by name Sreeniketan Apartments.

I am trying to pay property tax which i am unable to do. on line screen showing message 'PROPERTY NOT REGISTERED' where as I have paid tax earlier with Property ref id[protected].

Kindly advise.
