Municipal Corporation Of Faridabad — No water supply in my lane - sector 16

We are not getting water in our lane starting from 2351 till 2347 sector 16.
It seems our water pipe is blocked . We only get water at night at 2-3am for few minutes that too with motor.
One plumber is suggeting if MCF can open volve at start of our lane then problem will get resolve.
Please send someone to check n resolve this issue.
