Hi I am trying to open property tax website from past 1 month and unable to open. Website is not opening at all. I tried to open from both laptop from chrome and Internet Explorer. Also i tried to open from my mobile.

Alternatively i tried to open website which i got sms from property tax as below
paytax.ghmc.gov.in/pt.do?PTIN=[protected]

this website opens but it says PTIN is not correct. This is crazy. please help me pay property tax.
