I am living in C-402 Sumer Nagar No 3, S.V Road, Borivali (W), 400092. Me and the residents living in the building especially C-wing are facing serious problems with a pet dog in I wing. The dog keeps roaming the whole day and is hyper and starts jumping on the residents and his owners just leave him to wander around . He enters our wing and starts going up and down the staircase causing trouble and scares the residents. After complaining several times to the building watchman, office and the owner for 6 months nothing is being done. I emphasize on serious action to be taken to solve this problem it's hindering us to get out of our houses, children are not able to play freely and the old generation are scared to get out of to go to the temple also .
