To bmc I am complaining about the water wastage that is happening continuously in my neighbourhood. The building authorities are least bothered to look into it. 3 times in a day water is overflowed and no one from the building comes and close the taps of the tank. This happens in the morning, afternoon and late at night at around 3am.
