Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — street not being cleaned

Since last 15 days a heap of garbage is lying on the street. Despite requesting the incharge mr ravi, no action is being initiated. He behaves as if he is doing a favour on tax payer money.
Is it swatch bharat?
Request instruct concerned person to remove the garbage at the earliest
