Dear sir
I am a resident of shivanand nahar colony, sector-4, 30 block. A resident goes by name mr. Bharat has a pet dog of breed german shepherd in our neighborhood and even after multiple attempts of sorting the issue of open defecation in front of my house by knowingly, they haven’t taken the matter seriously. It’s now a daily habit and many neighbours have also tried to take matter seriously but their is no sign of improvement. His entire family is very insolent, they quarrel in every single thing and always start by giving us very filthy abuses.
So this is a sincere request to you and your organisation to please look forward to resolve the issue.
