I had complained to society 2 years ago and last month submitted letter to repair external wall as rain water causes wetness in walls upto 3 feet high. Even electric point is damp due to rain water seepage. I wrote a written complaint and manager and secretary told me to get it repaired myself. I did water proofing without paint but leakage is more

Updated by seeteshh I sent fresh videos to Secretary too but no response.

Updated by seeteshh I had written one complaint letter to the Secretary and the manager in May 2022 called up saying I have to fix it. Now in rains, the water leakage has increased due to rain water either entering from outer walls or some other place. They are not calling Architect to inspect the leakage
