Municipal — Illegal possession and unauthorised construction on public passage

I am 73 years old retired woman, currently residing at m-49, 2nd floor, gali no. 6, new mahavir nagar, new delhi 110018. I have been trying to reach out to concerned authorities for reporting an illegal possession of public passage and illegal/unauthorised construction on same. I have filed several rtis with sdmc but never received any response.

My registered property deed clearly shows public passage on my north side which was illegally occupied earlier by one ghodi gas people, and later on they sold this to some shiv shakti mandir. These people are putting pressure on me to remove my window ac from my north side bedroom wall as they wish to construct a wall over there. This building is quite old and prone to accident. With this letter i would like the authorities to investigate the matter and take immediate necessary action.
