My E Outlet — Complaint against false committment

The same thing happened to me with the same amount, persons, address & numbers.
My DTDC CN No. X11266208, Invoice no. MEO/DC/294/14-15
Mine is pending for 4 months.
I'm thinking of raising a consumer case.

If anyone contacts you for resolving, please share me the details.

There should be many more

But I dont understand how they get our details (i.e Credit card no, Mob no, address etc)
There must be some Bank person is involved .
If any solution plz let me know

This is too much... Neither you take care regarding this matter nor communicate with me. I am facing problem previous six month.

Abhishek Mathur is a another one person, his responsibility is zero. Neither he pick-up the phone nor any massage forward with me. He is a liar.

So once again i am requesting you to please take care regarding this matter and give me best solution.

Your senior person Mr. Abhishek Mathur never pick my phone. So how to know what is your problem to refund my amount of Rs.-7999/-... Last six month i am facing the problem regarding same.

hi,
i am also victim of mr. abhisekh mathur (mob.[protected]) and mr. sudhansu sharma(mob.[protected]) calling from my e outlet .Address:-D-115, okhla phase ll New Delhi -110020. My e outlet had been deducted Rs.8999 for package of smart phone/tablet acer 1nos., couple of wriest watch, e shopping vaucher, holiday package, refund voucher of rs.2000 complete but i received only one gents wriest watch and mixer, e shopping voucher, holiday package, and refund voucher only but not received smart phone /tablet of of acer, one ladies wriest watch yet., i have called upon those above two persons mobile nos. several times, but regretting that they have making false committment even than after 15 days, those two persons are fraud, making fool the people .Why i shall not lodge FIR against mr. abhisekh mathur and mr.sudhansu sharma of my e outlet in within next 3 days, if they are not fulfilling committment with me as done before 15 days ago.This complaint is not prejudice and all the information given by me are correct as per my knowledge.

I talk to mr abhisek mathur mob. [protected] on dated 8-7-2015.he agreed to dispatch commited parcel for balance smart mobile phone-1 no. and couple of wriest watch or refund of Rs8999.If he can, t do so, i will make FiR against him in IPC 420 within 3 days.

Hi All,

As I have seen all complaints regarding abhishek mathur (fraud person). As I am also victim of same person and in same concern. One month has gone abhsihek had committed regarding refund amount but now he is saying that this process will take one month more. can any one will sugesst me regarding this. this is really need to escalate.
