My Flower App — Amount of cancelled item is not refunded in bank account upon request

I had placed an order (Order Id[protected] with the company and I gave a wrong pincode. I received a call from their executive saying that the correct pincode is not serviceable. So I asked her to cancel my order and refund the amount to the original account through which the transaction was made. They have a policy that the amount can only be transferred to their app wallet.
