I had booked a cake and yellow flowers for my parents anniversary on 15th April 2022. As they did not have flowers the team called me up and convinced to change order to cake and chockates. For which I agree stating if delivering today you can do that. But in case if you fail to deliverbtoday plz cancel my order and send me refund.
They did not deliver and started giving fake reason the receiver was not at home. When I requested them to deliver next day or send me back my refund . There is no response.
