I ordered a cake in the morning and they confirmed. And after half the day is over they inform (that too after checking with them multiple times) that they cannot deliver to that address . And when I ask for refund they say they can only refund to my flower app wallet from which I should order something else which will be delivered in 2-3 days . If they cannot deliver items why do they confirm and inspite of their mistake they are not ready to refund money. And also FYI this is not the first time I am experiencing this level unprofessionalism by them. Was this information helpful? |
