Wanted to surprise my Wife for this years Valentines Day; but however it was ruined due to the fact that the delivery was not made on the day (14th February 2023).
Before making the order I spoke to someone over WhatsApp call and then after the order was made I had to change my mobile number (via email) before the delivery was going to be made; no one replied meaning I was ignored!.
I then tried calling them on WhatsApp again, but no answer or either no replies back. My Dad also tried ring them directly, their phone number was switched off, but where as it should be on for their customers and not for their needs.
Due to this particular reason I highly suggest no one orders from them; as they ruin your day and the surprise too. I will now take them to tue court - IF I DON’T GET FULL REFUND!. Was this information helpful? |
Seems this is a fake company and similar kind of sites should be banned. They are fraud, scammers, looting people.
i am surprised that this company having so many complaints with them are still operating in our country.
This should be considered as a case of fraud and the persons responsible should be penalised and stopped/blocked from the internet.
I request people not to buy any product from myflowergift.com.
