I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue with my recent order. On 10th feb 2024, I placed an order for a bouquet of carnation flowers to be delivered to pincode 400091 satyasheel chs . However, upon receiving the delivery, I was dismayed to find that instead of the carnations I ordered, I received a bouquet of roses.
This error is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. As a CUSTOMER, I rely on your company to fulfill orders accurately and with CARE. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my recent order.
I demand that the following actions be taken immediately
Provide an explanation for the error and assurances that measures will be put in place to prevent such mistakes in the future.
Offer compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this error.
I expect a prompt response to this matter and swift action to rectify the situation. Failure to do so will result in further escalation of this issue, including seeking reimbursement through legal channels.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and provide an update on the steps being taken to address my concerns. And the roses youâve sent are Dead as ### they are smelly and has ruined the whole valentines for me to be very honest iâll not entertain this until you look into this matter. I need the full amount of my money back along with the delivery charges that you took from me in order to fulfil the ###ing time slot .Just give me my money back and you guys and piss off or iâll take legal action against you frauds!!!
