Double Payment: My primary concern is the double payment that was deducted from my account for a single transaction. This not only causes financial inconvenience but also raises questions about the efficiency and reliability of your payment system.
Product Discrepancy: In addition, I received a product that significantly differs from what was advertised on their website. While I understand minor discrepancies can occur, the substantial difference between the product I received and the one described on the platform is unacceptable and misleading to your customers.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service: I would like to highlight that my interactions with the customer service have been extremely unsatisfactory. It appears that their team only responds promptly when a new order is being placed, but once issues arise, the communication becomes rude, or there is no response at all. This level of service is detrimental and no customer satisfaction.
Two of the email address on there website is wrong and they talk very rudely to people. On raising a compliant via email they said the product cant be exact and about payment they said that they have recived only one when it is clearly twice deducted
