They have my emails and I such Max ng responses from them it's unbelievable
Their site was showing Philippines as the delivery location so booked a cake and chocolates for a colleague
Pre paid order ofcourse
To add the chosen product to the cart thier site asked for the delivery location and it let me choose Philippines as the delivery location. It took me to the payment page and till then page NEVER PROMPTED that they WILL NOT DELIVER and WILL CHARGE ME INAPPROPRIATELY to ARM TWIST later.
I never got any update post all this and when I followed up then I got to know they will not deliver it / do not have a provision for that market.
When I asked for the refund I was not responded to initially and then I was told I will get a credit note.
I kept repeating that I do not need a credit note but a refund for NO FAULT of MINE but the INAPPROPRIATE BUSINESS practices they have.
So all in all really bad experience and no customer service Was this information helpful? |
