My Flower Tree — About not delivering the order and not cancelling the order

They didn’t deliver the order on the required date. No call or any information from their side. Got a call from vendor after 2 for the delivery and when I said for accepting the delivery after 2 days, they are not returning my money.
They are liars, as they kept on saying that delivery guy tried to contact me. But the truth is the delivery guy only called me after 2 days. I want my money back
