Ordered two items on this year's valentine's day, i.e., 14 Feb 2021. While ordering, it shows a delivery promised within 3 hours. Later, once I ordered it was showing that the order would be delivered latest by 9 pm today. For reference, order ID is #770986. As they simply mentioned 9 pm, so I tried to contact their customer care representatives, but all in vain. No reply. Simply, tailor-made replies posted by bots, then I tried their given contact no., but again no response. Then, I emailed them on the ID which they have mentioned that they would consider complaint through that ID, but instead I received a response saying that the email is not monitored now. Thereafter, waiting for another two days considering busy valentine's day, I called them on the Customer Care No, again, the call is received and they hear at the start and then call drops automatically. Really tried calling them for at least 8-9 times, but now, the call doesn't connect at all.
So, their delivery guy calls in the midnight at 11:30 pm on 14 Feb 2021 when our day ends and we were resting. We refused to accept the order as it doesn't make sense to accept the order in the midnight. Moreover, we arranged the items from local shop. These guys wasted our beautiful day keeping us waited for the whole day.
Highly unethical and unprofessional team/company. I don't know how they are still functioning.
I have all the correspondences where they keep saying that delivery attempt was made so they are not at fault.
