My Flower Tree — Order not delivered and money not refunded since 2 weeks

Order no[protected] was placed on 12th October 2021 and same day evening I got a calm it can’t be delivered. Since then there is no response to calls I make for refund. They are refusing to refund my money and forcing me to take a voucher.
