I ordered white lilies in a vase for mother’s day on 08/05/2022.
I faced the following issues:
1) product got delivered on 09/05/22
2) they delivered the wrong product. I received yellow lilies instead of white.
3) half of the flowers were stale and half the lilies were yet to bloom. As a result there was not a single fresh flower in the bouquet.
4) They should’ve refunded the amount or cancelled the order as they could not keep their word.
I was embarrassed that someone I love and respect received such a gift from me and that too a day after the event itself.
5) the entire ordeal would’ve been atleast a tad bit better had they kept me updated about the delay.
Their customer care was absolutely unresponsive. So I’d lost hope that the order would be delivered in the first place.
I just hope more people don’t waste time and money on companies who don’t value their customers.
Unfortunately I read online reviews about my flower tree only after my order was delayed to find out that a lot of people are facing the same issue as I am.
I feel its unfair that such companies with disgusting standards of customer care are still allowed to serve people.
