My order with the following reference has been displayed as under process for over 25 days with NO response on query at email id [protected]@myindiashopping.com ORDER NO : [protected] / INVOICE NUMBER: A ​13871​, DATE: October 08, 2015 Payment has already been collected and there is no provision to cancel the order. No contact phone number is given. There is a LIVE CHAT which has been offline every time I checked. I would like to cancel my order and get money back if they are not capable of delivering.
