Mytvs called me up on 7th August 2023, requesting that they will service the car. My condition was that, if you'll call service the car within a day or 2 to take the service job or else not too, since I had other commitments. They agreed and took my vehicle in and post which no proper update and even after several follow up, they have not called back.
After which I had to make a visit to their service centre which is about 11 kms from my place, the supervisor said will fix to and deliver the vehicle on Saturday that is 19tj August. Then another call stating the parts is getting delayed they will complete the job on 20th August and deliver.
The service advisor called and said the Vehicle is ready and would deliver it asked me to pay the amount of around 31k approx to deliver and shared link. After making the payment there was no update and when I called he mentioned that phone was in charge and the car is not starting, which was not a complaint at all. These guys are frauds, there is no proper escalation matrix to escalate the issue and I do not have my car back yet. Was this information helpful? |
