I tried to book bus ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17th of this month. Money got debited from my account but Ticket is not booked. I called you many times on the number[protected], But no one answered my call. I called them many times but of no use. Even I mailed them but waste. I have only 1 proof that is my bank account statement.

This is an fraud site the money is deducted and after booking it had not returned to the site and when tried to contact the helpline no one is picking up and no response for mail.
