I made an order of a product but didn't received any confirmtion mail or text and my payment was also confirmed but no confirmation was received by this website. Nor any reply is given by this company.

I made an order on 30jan2021 on mychildzone. Myshopify. Com but didn't received any confirmation. I want my money refund and all my card details to be deleted from that site. My payment I'd is pay_GVcI9NcduV8V3R. And plz punish these frauds and aware others from this fraudelant activities. I want my money in any case as these transaction was made from razorpay as it is a secured gateway just because of that only I did this transaction. Bestjwell and razorpay are only responsible for my payment.
