Nobody is picking up the call Or reverting back to the mails also. And i didn't get any courier boys number also as I can contact him and ask him when my order will be delivered...

Have placed order for flower and cake they have cancelled my order.I have still not received refund for this.I have sent lot of emails. Every day talking to there executive
. They only say refund initiated from a month now.As per there policy tbey have written refund will take place in 7 days. But they did not claim the same practically....

Few days ago i was in search of gifts for my friend. Due to pandemic and restrictions within certain areas of delivery, no popular were allowing delivery to my destined place. Found this myflowerapp.com through google search and checked whether delivery is applicable to the desired pincode or not. It showed delivery is available and placed my order of a bouquet, chocolates and a message card through that site. By evening i received 3 to 5...

I would like to say rude customer service. Incomplete&wrong product delivery,
And the most important whatever they promise in their website just to attract the customers. 100%they are not following. And to get the refund dt even think about it.
Look at the pic below what i oder and which i get. Plus flower not been delivered. Entire plan ruined. And the person who delivered the cake he just place it next to the garbage bin...

Money debited, order not received. Checked their facebook account as well, everyone is calling them fraud. Please look into this and take required action....

I had ordered a cake from www.myflowerapp.com on 16th feb 2020. It was to be delivered on 20th feb in hassanpur at an office address
The cake did not get delivered on the date mentioned and they never contacted the person for whom it was sent.
When contacted they did not receive any of my calls and when i mailed them they 1st replied it is still processing and then said that it got delivered.
