I accidentally pre-booked a flower bouquet 499 rs. which is in ordered not yet in process. I want to cancel those item so they asking me a reason of cancellation. I provide a cancellation reason and ask them to refund my amount to my bank account. They forcing me to get your amount in myflowerapp wallet instead of cashback. There is no terms and conditions mentioned during order placing. They just playing with you if requested to get back your money. I heard so many complaint about this company that not delivered the item as well as not refund your money.
