I ordered a cake and flowers for my fiancée birthday and paid the charges for on time delivery aswell, they did not delivered the items so ruined the birthday, so I asked them for a refund, they said it’s not possible to send a refund and asked me to send some gift instead worth the money I paid, I agreed as they assured to deliver the items in the next 3 days, but they never did, and now when I contact the customer care dept they never respond.
